Where do you ship?
I currently ship around Germany and inside Europe. For shipping outside of these countries reach out to me by sending an email at dankeramik@gmail.com.

No, it isn’t. It will be counted on the check out page.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Germany: 3-10 working days Europe: 5-15 working days
Order
Сan I change my order?
I can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to me by sending an email at dankeramik@gmail.com

Сan I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then I can surely deliver it to a different address. Simply write me an email at dankeramik@gmail.com.

Can I add or remove products after I places my order?
Unfortunately not. You’re not able to make any changes on the website after placing an order but you can always reach out to me by email dankeramik@gmail.com and I’ll try to help.

Can I pick up my order in Berlin?
Yes, of course. The studio I work in is located in at Blayse studio or Barsega studio. If you’d like to pick up your piece you should chose this option at the check out. I’ll write you an email with possible dates and times when you can come collect your ceramics.
Ceramics Usability
What does mean unglazed/raw surface? Is it safe and usable?
It means that the out surface of a ceramic piece has no glaze. It’s stoneware, it’s been fired two times and fully water proof. And yes, it’s 100% food safe since all my ceramics are glazed inside and inside is the only side we use for food :) So this is more a question of a texture you touch and design you look at – choose what you feel for the most.

Will the color of white unglazed pieces stay as neat and milky as from the beginning?
Fully glazed ceramics would keep its color forever, because glaze prevents the surface from soaking in any liquids and cleans easily if it gets dirty. However unglazed ceramics is more sensitive and needs an accurate treat. Everything will be fine with its color if to wash it right away after using and not leaving it in the sink for a long time. So that to not give any food a chance to sit on its surface and spoil the beauty of it :)
Gifts
Can I make special gift request?
Yes, you surely can. I’ll be happy to create something individual for a special occasion. Make sure to discuss it with me at least 4-5 weeks in advance so I’ll have enough time to produce and deliver. You can reach out to me by sending an email at dankeramik@gmail.com
